LOTTE BIOLOGICS (CEO Richard Lee) announced on the 27th that it will accept applications for the recruitment of new university graduates through December 10th. This marks the first time LOTTE BIOLOGICS has recruited new university graduates since its launch last year.
The recruitment consists of two divisions: ▲ the Business Support Group, which covers management and planning, HR, support, and finance, and ▲ the Process/Production Group, which includes culturing and purification, engineering, and quality control. Recruitment is open to bachelor's degree holders, including those expected to graduate in February 2024, who have an OPIC IM3 or TOEIC Speaking Level 6 (IM3 or 130 points) or higher, and no restrictions on overseas travel.
Application submissions will be accepted via the LOTTE Group recruitment website (https://recruit.lotte.co.kr/) until December 10th. The recruitment process includes document screening, online aptitude tests (LIST/L-TAB), interviews (competency/personality interview), and medical examination, with successful candidates beginning work in February 2024.
LOTTE BIOLOGICS plans to operate an Onboarding Training Program developed in-house to ensure successful job adaptation and a smooth transition for new employees. The company plans to offer a range of programs to the successful candidates, including training to enhance understanding of the organization and industry, GMP training, and sessions to improve understanding of the LOTTE Group.
A representative of LOTTE BIOLOGICS stated, “With this recruitment of new employees, we aim to focus on securing outstanding talent and professional expertise. We also plan to continuously recruit new employees to create a young and vibrant innovative organizational culture, while contributing to job creation in the biopharmaceutical industry.”
Meanwhile, LOTTE BIOLOGICS is running an Open Innovation Internship program, encouraging applicants to freely apply for any open position regardless of gender, nationality, age, educational background, or experience. This ongoing program does not have a set deadline, and the duration of employment can be determined in coordination with the company. Applicants can submit their application through the talent database, and when there is a need for intern recruitment, eligible candidates from the database will be considered for the next stage. Those interested in the internship can apply through the Open Innovation Internship official website (https://lottebiologics.career.greetinghr.com/).
