LOTTE BIOLOGICS Holds First Anniversary Commemorative Event

LOTTE BIOLOGICS announced that it held a first anniversary commemorative event on the 1st at LOTTE Talent Development Institute’s Osan Campus, with the participation of all employees.

The event proceeded in the following order: ▲Opening ▲Excellent Employee Awards ▲CEO Speech ▲Cake Cutting ▲Commemorative Photography and ▲Closing. Dong-Woo Lee, CEO of LOTTE Corporation, Hun-Ki Lee, Chief Strategy Officer of LOTTE Corporation, Michael Hausladen, General Manager of LOTTE BIOLOGICS USA, and Richard Schicho, Corporate Advisor of LOTTE BIOLOGICS, sent congratulatory messages of support.

After the commemorative event was a lecture on "Embracing Challenge: Pioneering the Path to Crisis Resilience and Victory", along with a strategic review and planning meeting for the first half of 2023. The purpose of this meeting is to reflect on the business performance and future plans based on accomplishments of the past year. It aims to foster a sense of unity and determination for growth among employees by setting goals for current and upcoming initiatives.

Richard Lee, CEO of LOTTE BIOLOGICS, said in the anniversary address, "LOTTE BIOLOGICS has been experiencing significant growth, owing to the support of LOTTE Group and the dedicated efforts of employees. LOTTE BIOLOGICS, first established in June of last year, has been rapidly expanding its business with the acquisition of the Syracuse site in the United States. The company has also revealed plans to establish a Mega Plant with a total capacity of 360,000 liters in South Korea by 2034, aiming to become one of the Top 10 global CDMOs.
