LOTTE BIOLOGICS Hosts “Culture Day” to Foster Employee Engagement
■ Group outing to watch a LOTTE Giants baseball game with employees and their families
■ Expanding communication and culture programs to build a healthy workplace

LOTTE BIOLOGICS (CEO James Park) announced on the 25th that it hosted a “Culture Day” event, where employees and their families gathered for a group outing to watch a LOTTE Giants baseball game at Gocheok Sky Dome.
Approximately 300 employees and family members attended the event, taking a break from their busy routines to come together, connect, and create lasting memories. Attendees enjoyed snacks and beer at the stadium, cheered for the players, exchanged high-fives, and engaged in open, friendly interactions throughout the game.
According to the company, the event helped strengthen bonds and a sense of belonging among employees and their families, transcending departments and titles. LOTTE BIOLOGICS continues to promote internal and external communication through initiatives such as documentary video production and uploading content to the company’s official YouTube channel, aiming to boost employee pride and enhance interdepartmental engagement.
A LOTTE BIOLOGICS representative shared, “It was a meaningful opportunity for employees and their families to share positive energy and create joyful memories together,” adding, “We will continue to prioritize employee well-being and actively expand communication and cultural programs to build a vibrant and healthy organizational culture.”
Meanwhile, LOTTE BIOLOGICS regularly hosts “Culture Day” events to foster interaction among employees. In 2023, the company held a communication event at LOTTE World. Other initiatives have included group movie screenings at LOTTE Cinema and participation in “LOTTE Family Skyrun,” one of the group’s flagship sporting events. Through these diverse cultural and leisure activities, LOTTE BIOLOGICS continues to lead efforts in cultivating a healthy organizational culture that values work-life balance.
