The Open Innovation Internship is LOTTE BIOLOGICS' unique hiring initiative that welcomes applicants regardless of gender, nationality, age, education, or professional background. The program offers flexible internship durations, tailored to suit both company needs and individual circumstances.

Prospective interns can apply through the company's talent database system. When internship opportunities arise, suitable candidates are selected for the screening process. Introduced in August last year, the program has already attracted around 2,000 applicants.
