LOTTE BIOLOGICS CEO Richard Lee recently visited Korea Polytechnics' Bio Campus, where he engaged in a meaningful exchange with students.
During his visit, CEO Lee participated in a tree planting ceremony on campus and delivered a lecture to the students on the topic of "History and Prospects of the Domestic and International CDMO Market."
LOTTE BIOLOGICS has been actively addressing the workforce shortage in the bio industry by establishing a collaborative agreement with Korea Polytechnics. They have also initiated the development of curricula aimed at cultivating bio talent, demonstrating a concerted effort to create employment opportunities in the industry.
